The purpose of the Management Team is to center the reporting, writing and first-line editing components of all the stories, cartoons, editorials, columns and columns in one cycle.  All of the reporters, writers, administrative editors and content editors decide the content of the newspaper while other supporting areas (media advertising, visual and multimedia, presentation and design; and digital and interactive) assist to make it digestible and attractive to the readership.
