Family and friends of Rev. Robert Graetz said Thursday they will hold a live-streamed memorial service for the pastor and civil rights activist on Sunday afternoon.

Graetz, 92, died on Sept. 20 after several years in hospice care. Graetz was the only white minister to publicly support the Montgomery Bus Boycott in 1955-56. Like other boycotters, Graetz; his wife Jeannie and their children faced harassment and violence for their stand. The Graetzs’ home was bombed twice.
